The exterior of its double-walled packaging shows the entrance to the indoor pizzeria. The interior shows a security monitor set up, showing Freddy, Chica, Monty and Roxy through the screens while Vanny stands behind the machine, watching. The protective sleeve shows Freddy, Chica, Monty and Roxy playing their respective instruments in front of the Security Breach logo.
