📦 Orders
How to place an order?
- Add desired products to your cart.
- Click on Order.
- Enter your shipping information.
- Proceed with secure payment.
You will then receive an order confirmation email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it.

🚚 Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 7 business days.
Average carrier delivery times:
- Mondial Relay: 3 to 6 days
- Colissimo: 2 to 3 days
- Chronopost: 1 to 2 days
These times are indicative.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver:
- in France
- in the European Union
- in some non-EU countries
For deliveries outside the EU, taxes or customs duties may apply.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
My package is delayed
Delays can be due to:
- the carrier
- periods of high activity
- logistical events
If your package appears stuck, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
📦 Products and figures
Are the figures official?
Yes.
We only offer official products from recognized licenses.
Is the box condition guaranteed perfect?
Figures and collector's products are carefully packaged.
However, manufacturers and carriers do not guarantee a "mint" perfect box condition.
Slight imperfections may sometimes appear:
- micro-scratches
- small creases on the cardboard
- slight dents
These imperfections do not affect the product itself.
Can the figures have small defects?
Yes.
As figures are industrially manufactured, there may be:
- paint variations
- slight assembly defects
- small finish differences
These variations are normal and do not constitute a defect.
🔄 Returns and refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes.
You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Contact us before any return:
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- the product is defective
- a preparation error was made.
Must the product be in its original packaging?
Yes.
The product must be returned:
- in perfect condition
- in its original packaging
- with all accessories.
For collector's products, the condition of the box is important.

🛒 Pre-orders
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order corresponds to the purchase of a product not yet available in stock.
It allows you to reserve an item before its official release.
Can release dates change?
Yes.
Release dates are communicated by manufacturers and may be modified due to:
- production delays
- international shipping
- logistics or customs.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
In accordance with the law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase.
After this period, normal withdrawal conditions apply.
