Billy Butcher slices and dices his way into Youtooz with what can only be described as a blatant disregard for human safety! Standing at 4.6 inches tall, he grips the unassuming weapon of mass destruction, the white-clothed laser baby, in two outstretched hands threatening a smoking demise to anyone who crosses him. His messy black hair is sculpted back while a strained grimace runs across his rugged bearded face as he sizes up the situation. Ever casual but ready for a punch-up, he wears a long flowing black trench coat over a grey and white palm tree patterned Hawaiian shirt with black pants tucked into combat boots. The exterior of his packaging sees Billy make full use of the laser baby as he fights his way through a hospital nursery. While the interior surrounds him in a white brick wall scribbled with graffiti, this then continues onto the protective sleeve with the wall splattered in blood and printed with ‘The Boys’ logo at the rear.
