Jürgen Klopp, born June 16, 1967 in Stuttgart, is a German footballer who played as a center forward, attacking midfielder or right back between 1986 and 2001.

Retrained as a coach since 2001, Klopp managed the German teams FSV Mainz from 2001 to 2008 and Borussia Dortmund from 2008 to 2015.

Since October 8, 2015, he has been the manager of Liverpool Football Club. On June 1, 2019, he won his first Champions League as a coach.
