Solaire of Astora is a non-playable character that you can meet in several places in Dark Souls, including the campfire in Anor Londo Cathedral. He worships the sun, which is present on his chestplate and shield. Among the many accessories he has, there is even the solar insect as well as interchangeable parts and potions.
