Sitting at 4.1 inches tall in his two-tone blue wheelchair that has a red button on the right arm, yellow-gloved hands grip the large wheels on either side of the chair so he can whisk himself into (or out of) the fight. With a calculated smile crossing his green face under thick angular glasses that have a yellow top, a blue helmet matches his shirt, which has white sleeves, as thin legs with white shoes hang in front. The exterior of his packaging shows the top-down view of a computer game. While the interior sees a dark blue night lit with spotlight beams above the jagged silhouettes of a city, this then continues onto the protective sleeve, where his figure can be seen through the large clear window at the packaging’s front.
