Isiah Lord Thomas III (født 30. april 1961 i Chicago) er en amerikansk tidligere profesjonell basketballspiller, trener og leder som nå er analytiker for NBA på TNT. Han spilte hele sin profesjonelle karriere for Detroit Pistons i National Basketball Association (NBA). Han spilte som point guard og ble kåret til All-Star 12 ganger, er medlem av NBAs 50 beste spillere i 2020 NBA-æraen, og ble innlemmet i Basketball Hall of Fame i 2000.
Han regnes som en av de beste point guardene i NBA-historien.
Etter spillerkarrieren var han medlem av Toronto Raptors' lederteam, TV-kommentator, medlem av Continental Basketball Associations lederteam og trener for Indiana Pacers og New York Knicks. Deretter var han herrebasketballtrener for Florida International University (FIU) Panthers i tre sesonger, fra 2009 til 2012.
